How long does a build or rebuild take?
Typically along with the testing process to ensure that the computer is functioning properly no more then a day depending on what
specialty parts were used or ordered. The actual build process takes about a day. Remember we are good with high end systems too and
sometimes those may take a little longer.
When Can I bring In My Computer?

Can Files Be retrieved if my Windows crashed?
They sure can. They can be retrieved most times even if the drive has been formatted.

I think my computer has a virus. Can it be removed?
Yes. It most certainly can. Virus Removal is one of our specialties and 90% of the time we can remove your virus without wiping your windows. WIth the viruses constantly changing we are constantly changing the way we fight them. Even Antivirus has a hard time keeping up. Your current anti virus may be letting things through. What do I need to bring with me?
For your tower (the main part of the desktop) all you need is the tower. For a laptop bring the laptop and power cord. For troubles with the Operating System please bring your Original Windows (Recovery) DIsks.
My computer won't turn on is it fixable?
It most certainly is there are a couple things it could be but it is fixable. And we can always salvage the data off of it also.
What is your perfection guarantee?
Somethings might not act the exact same way they acted in the shop as when you get it home so our perfection guaranteee for 30 days after you get home if something related to the repair work done at Techwarrior acts up we will take a look and fix it for free.
